We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
We consider our retention schedules to be appropriate and fair, for example, we may keep hold of your CV for 3 months if we weren’t able to find you a role within our team, but after that time your circumstances may have changed, and it wouldn’t be appropriate for us to keep it. We are legally obliged to keep certain elements of personal data relating to transactions, these are for tax and accounting purposes, so we’d keep hold of those data for 7 years.

By law we may have to keep certain information about our customers and this data will be held solely and securely for those legal purposes.
